Red Kestrel Consulting, based in Staffordshire in the U.K., was founded by Phil Ratcliffe in 2004 and incorporated in 2007. The focus of the company is IT security consultancy, security-related product development, and bespoke software development. We provide consultancy and development services to various clients including banks, government agencies, and software companies. We have experience in many areas of IT security including but not limited to: PKI, cryptography, secure email, smart cards, biometrics and secure application development.
